Obair Community Engagement Survey Contest Rules
Obair Economic Society ("Obair") Community Engagement Survey Contest (the “Contest”) is a random draw for one of five gift cards for a value of $25 (the “Prize”).
The Contest runs from September 8, 2025 (the “Start Date”) to 11:59 p.m. MDT on November 30, 2025 (the “Closing Date”). The draw will occur on December 1, 2025 (the “Draw Date”).
ENTRY IN THIS SURVEY CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES.
Entrance & Eligibility
· Contest is open to all legal Canadian residents 12 years of age or older, residing in British Columbia.
No purchase is necessary to be part of the draw.
Employees of Obair Economic Society, their immediate family, and persons residing with them are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
To enter the Contest, an individual must follow the survey link provided in the email (or scanned QR code), answer all questions and provide their name and email address.
Entrants are not required to be part of the Focus Group to be included in the draw.
Each person may only win one (1) gift card. There is a limit of one entry per individual. Anyone found to use multiple accounts by using 2 false personal accounts, a bot, or a service that automatically enters participants to increase the number of entries, will be ineligible and their entry will be void.
The Prize
Gift cards awarded are not transferable or exchangeable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash value.
Prizes can be picked up at Obair Economic Society, 10201 10th Street, Dawson Creek, BC V1G 3T5 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-4:00pm. Prizes not picked up within 30 days will be forfeited.
The Draw
· A random draw will be conducted on December 1, 2025 to determine 5 individual winners.
· Each of the winners will be contacted by Obair via email. The winners have ten (10) days to acknowledge via email response or personal claim. Failure to do so will cause them to forfeit.
All Federal, Provincial and local laws apply to this draw.
